Structural principle
The machine consists of three parts: frame, crushing chamber and feeding parts. A movable cutter head is installed on the main shaft, a fixed gear ring is installed in the grinding room, and a screen is installed under the gear ring. When the main shaft is running at high speed, the movable cutter head is running, and the materials are crushed under the comprehensive effects of mutual impact, friction, shearing and impact and collision between the fixed gear ring and the movable hammer. The machine is simple in structure, durable, stable in operation, obvious in crushing effect and convenient in maintenance. The crushed materials can be directly discharged from the grinding chamber of the main engine, and the particle size can be obtained by changing the screens with different apertures. (the speed can also be adjusted to obtain the fineness of the finished product) all parts of the machine in contact with the crushed materials are made of stainless steel materials, which have good corrosion resistance. All the inner walls of the shell are machined to achieve a smooth surface, no powder deposition, no dead angle, easy to clean, so that the production of drugs, chemicals, food and other products meet GMP requirements.
