Principle and characteristics
It is suitable for crushing with different specific gravity or mixing with other additives. It adopts internal and external rotary mixing, with high uniformity. The mixing barrel can be tilted at any angle, which is convenient for discharging and cleaning. Equipped with automatic timing device, it can be set to stop automatically for 0-60 minutes. Stainless steel butterfly valve is used for discharging, without dust leakage and flying. Using the principle of gravity diffusion mixing, the pressure feed to the material is small, and it will not produce shear crushing to the material. The cylinder is made of high-quality stainless steel, and the inner and outer walls are polished. During the mixing process, the material is pollution-free, the power consumption is small, and the cleaning is convenient. Simple operation, easy to clean, suitable for g.m.p food and pharmaceutical plants. Large volume mixer can be equipped with vacuum feeding system to improve work efficiency and working environment.
